According to the who's daily outbreak report, the number of confirmed COVID 19 cases outside China increased by 31,884 to 184,657 as of 2359 cet (0659 GMT).
The number of deaths outside China rose by 1,336 to 7,923 from the previous day.

Globally, the number of confirmed covid-19 cases increased by 32,000 to 266,073 from the previous day.
The number of deaths increased by 1344 from the previous day to 11,184.
